objective
Design a user-friendly interface for a mental health app that helps users build daily habits for improved well-being through features like daily affirmations, mood tracking, guided breathing exercises, and journaling prompts. The design should promote calmness, positivity, and encouragement, fostering a sense of support while being intuitive to navigate and inspiring consistent daily engagement.

PROCESS
I began by designing a Christian-based mental health app to raise awareness
and support believers struggling with mental health. I focused on a specific goal: guiding users through sign-up and setting daily prayer prompts to alleviate stress. After brainstorming wireframes for the app’s look, feel, and flow, I chose soft, earthy colors to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere. I incorporated large, simple buttons to prevent overwhelming users while maintaining unique elements to keep engagement high. One challenge I faced was making sure the prototype ran smoothly and that all buttons were working and seamlessly flowed between screen, but with correct button assets set up and trail and error, I managed to create a smooth user experience.
