OBJECTIVE
The goal of this project was to collaborate with a non-profit curling club to raise awareness and generate interest in the sport of curling among a younger demographic. By developing a vibrant and engaging advertising campaign, the initiative aimed to break traditional perceptions of the sport and present curling as a fun, inclusive, and dynamic activity. The campaign included designs for billboards, bus shelters, and social media posts to increase visibility across both physical and digital spaces. Additionally, a website rebrand was undertaken to modernize the club's online presence, ensuring it appeals to and informs the target audience effectively.

process
The process began with thorough research on the London Curling Club to understand their background, goals, and current branding. This was followed by a client meeting over Zoom, where we asked targeted questions to get a deeper sense of who they are as an organization and how they want to be perceived. These insights helped guide the direction of the design work, allowing us to find a balance between what the club wanted and what would be most effective for engaging a younger audience. From there, the creative phase kicked off with the development of an advertising campaign, where we brainstormed playful and catchy quotes to appeal to a younger demographic while keeping visuals bold, clear, and dynamic. The next step was reimagining the homepage of the London Curling Club’s website to improve usability and make navigation more intuitive for users. To support the campaign, we also produced a promotional video highlighting the fun and community aspect of curling, encouraging viewers to learn more and sign up.
